Sales Development Representative
Job Description:
About Capital Flight Management
Capital Flight Management operates Bluebird, a private aviation membership service that gives members access to discounted "empty-leg" private jet flights — the repositioning flights that would otherwise fly empty. We turn unused private jet capacity into an exclusive, affordable membership. We're growing fast and looking for a driven sales professional to help us convert qualified leads into members.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll own the front line of our sales engine. Every lead you work is pre-qualified — no cold prospecting from scratch. Your job is to reach out by phone, email, and text, build rapport, communicate the value of a Bluebird membership, and close the sale.
This is a high-activity, high-reward role for someone who loves the chase, thrives on hitting targets, and can hold a polished conversation with high-net-worth prospects.
What You'll Do
- Contact qualified leads promptly via phone, email, and text.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of a Bluebird membership.
- Build rapport and trust with prospective members, including affluent and discerning clients.
- Handle objections confidently and guide leads through to a signed membership.
- Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline to maximize conversions.
- Keep accurate records of outreach, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM.
- Hit and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Near-perfect English comprehension and communication (C2 level). Mandatory — written and spoken.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in phone-based, membership, subscription, or high-ticket sales.
- A persuasive, confident, and personable communicator who builds trust quickly.
- Self-motivated and disciplined — able to work independently and stay productive remotely.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach across multiple channels.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn CRM and sales tools.
- Resilient, coachable, and hungry to earn.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to high-net-worth or luxury clientele.
- Background in travel, hospitality, aviation, or premium memberships.
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools.
Compensation & Structure
- Base pay: $2,000 USD/month.
- Commissions and performance bonuses on top — strong earners can significantly exceed base.
- Starts as a contractor, with the opportunity to transition to a full employee role over time.
- Fully remote.
Why Capital Flight Management
- Sell an exciting, one-of-a-kind product in the private aviation space.
- Warm, qualified leads — your energy goes into closing, not prospecting.
- Uncapped earning potential through commissions and bonuses.
- Real growth path from contractor to employee as we scale.
