Senior Full Stack Developer
Job Description:
About Capital Flight Management
Capital Flight Management is a U.S.-based aviation company building technology that powers modern private aviation — from membership platforms to internal operational tools. We're growing fast and looking for a talented full stack developer with strong AI/ML experience to help us build and ship intelligent, AI-powered products.
The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll build and ship features end-to-end, with a focus on AI-powered functionality — LLM integrations, ML pipelines, and intelligent automation. You'll own projects from architecture through deployment and work directly with our US-based team.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for a self-directed engineer who thrives working independently and enjoys taking projects from idea to production.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship full stack features end-to-end, with a focus on AI-powered functionality (LLM integrations, ML pipelines, intelligent automation).
- Own projects from architecture through deployment.
- Integrate and work with modern AI/LLM tooling.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate directly with our team during US Central Time hours.
- Take full ownership of your work, from planning to delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven full stack experience with a specialization in AI development.
- Strong command of modern AI/LLM tooling and integration work.
- C1 or C2 English (written and spoken) — you'll be communicating directly with a US-based team.
- Availability in the afternoon or evening (local time) to overlap with US Central Time hours.
- Self-directed and comfortable owning work end-to-end.
Tech Stack
We're looking for a full-stack TypeScript engineer with strong React and Node.js/Express experience, comfortable working with PostgreSQL (Drizzle ORM), REST APIs, and third-party integrations. Bonus points for OpenAPI, Tailwind CSS, and monorepo experience.
Why Capital Flight Management
- Build cutting-edge, AI-powered products in the private aviation space.
- High autonomy and full ownership of your projects.
- Work directly with US-based leadership — no layers of bureaucracy.
- Remote, flexible, and contract-based with room to grow.
