About Capital Flight LLC

Capital Flight LLC is a U.S.-based aviation support services company specializing in operational management for FAA Part 135 charter operators. We provide charter quoting, trip coordination, logistics support, and day-to-day operational oversight. We handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps flights moving safely, efficiently, and profitably.

We are expanding internationally and establishing our first global operations hub in Bogotá, Colombia. This role will be the foundation of that team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, bilingual International Operations Manager to become the first member of our international team. You will learn every aspect of our operations, including quoting flights, coordinating trips, and managing operational workflows. Once fully trained, you will help build, manage, and lead our future Bogotá office and team.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, highly educated, detail-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Remote Training & Operations (Months 16)

  • Learn Capital Flight systems, quoting tools, trip support processes, and aviation operational workflows.
  • Provide real-time charter quotes using internal pricing models.
  • Coordinate trip logistics: fuel, hotels, ground transportation, catering, FBO arrangements, permits, and crew communication.
  • Monitor active trips and resolve operational issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Serve as a key link between the U.S. operations team and international support.

Phase 2: Transition to Office Leadership (Months 6+)

  • Help select, set up, and operationalize the Bogotá office.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage additional staff as the department grows.
  • Establish SOPs, KPIs, schedules, and team standards.
  • Lead daily operations, quality control, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the Bogotá site leader, ensuring exceptional service delivery to U.S. aviation partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Near-perfect English (written and spoken). Mandatory.
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or additional certifications strongly preferred.
  • Prior managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Strong operational, logistics, or service-oriented backgroundaviation experience is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently until the office opens.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aviation, logistics, customer service, hospitality, dispatch, or BPO operations.
  • Experience building or scaling teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work U.S.-aligned hours when needed.
